Jan Willem de Pater

Born already in 1955, and therefor knows Unix (and VMS, remember?). However, right now more accustomed to the Windows operating system, and almost never any more using the language Fortran.
Studied topography in the Netherlands from 1974 to 1978. After several jobs in this profession, the automation department of Keynes-Inpark, nowadays Fugro-Inpark B.V., contracted him in 1987. Working for this company till 2000, he obtained the necessary knowledge of the Art of Programming.
